There is always one episode maybe two that long term fans of the show would deem as the worst of the series i.e. you just couldn't stand. On the old Falcon Crest forum we had a discussion, about this topic. So which episode did you dislike the most? Maybe the episode was one of the following or you have another to suggest:
'Ingress & Egress', from season 5: When Apollonia joined the cast.
'Stormy Weather', from season 7: For some people this was too much wink in the camera. However this episode saw all of the cast together trapped, in the mansion.
'God Of The Grape', from season 9: IMHO absolute goo. Charley and his cohorts taking over FC, for an ancient Roman themed party. As if season 9 wasn't bad enough.
'Pas De Deux', from season 2: For the Lana Turner advocates this episode saw her defeated terribly by arch rival Jane Wyman, as Angela.
'Uneasy Allies', from season 8: With Melissa seemingly long since forgotten, Lance marries Pilar (an estranged bank manager who Michael Filerman shoehorned into the backstory).
Anna Rossini; her daughter Cassandra and their accountant are visiting Angela, Chao-Li and Greg, to look at the Falcon Crest ledgers. The Rossinis with their majority share of the wine company have a plan to build a resort on the land, where the winery sits and the 500 acres of vineyards, (a scene from season 5, 1985 - '86):
The meeting takes place in Angela's study.
Angela to Anna: "Well what can I do for you?"
Anna: "First of all I want a comfortable chair. This one is a disaster."
Angela: "Your court order says you can look at my ledgers. It doesn't say I have to make you comfortable."
Anna: "I think you ought to know I'm about to move into that little guest cottage, up near the winery. I think I can oversee things better from there."
Angela: "Will you now. No one has stayed in that cottage for years. Watch out for the rats!"
Angela then walks away from Anna and goes to her desk, where Cassandra is looking at her new business renderings.
