Netflix ...and with a few clicks

Yesterday I decided to end my relationship with Netflix. Like any great loves we had our share of ups and downs but lately the spark which bound us just wasn't there anymore. So I filed for a divorce and sighted numerous reasons to Netflix for my separation. At the top of my list was another subscription increase. I can normally stomach these annoying little increases but I wish to see a justification in that increase. Here in Australia Netflix has has been accepting our dollars - even before it became legitimately available - but I've yet to see this company green light an original Australian production. They seem content on buying old stuff. My other reason is their catalogue appears to be a little thin of late.

But if there is one thing which annoys me about Netflix is its deal with Harry and Meghan. Now on I'm not here to heap criticism on those two just the deal itself. How much has Netflix invested in this couple and where are their productions? Is my recent price increase funding this deal and others?

I'm hearing Netflix subscriptions are falling. Obviously there are other factors involved as in new streaming services but is our love affair with Netflix dithering?​

My biggest gripe with Netflix is that at times you can go weeks without something decent being added. I subscribe to it here in Portugal and it's €11.99 a month and I think my time has come to stop the service. I will probably wait until season 2 of Bridgerton airs and then once I've watched that it will be goodbye.

With so many other streaming services now a lot of the content on Netflix has been taken off.

If I could I would get Britbox but it's not available in Portugal.
