It's not perfect - it gets a bit convoluted on occasion - but it has an impressively strong sense of what it is and the characters are really good. It's interesting that it's gotten its start on iPlayer - it feels like it was made for a specific audience rather than a specific time slot. It's better than Torchwood in every way which isn't saying much,  and in some ways it feels like a natural follow on from the Sarah Jane Adventures, with Katherine Kelly's character as a sort of anti-Sarah Jane.</p></blockquote><p></p>
