It's probably old-news now, but it's absolutely wonderful to see the first episode of Damon & Debbie is ready to watch on STV Player. From the contact I had with STV last year, I know the series had to be licensed separately to Brookside, so they have really gone the extra mile here. For anyone who hasn't already read it, here's the article announcing the return of Damon & Debbie to the screen, complete with new quotes from Simon O'Brien and Gillian Kearney. Busy as this last week or so has been, I've yet to even begin the ten episodes of Brookie that dropped last week. And there are another five today! When I wrap up Phyllis in the next few days, I have a Brookside/Damon & Debbie marathon ahead of me.
