[QUOTE="Englishboy, post: 324229, member: 70"] I wonder if the writers will choose to hook up Spider with old flame, Toyah now that Charlie de Melo who plays Imran is leaving the series. Also, another Corrie favourite is returning to the cobbles. Actor Reece Dinsdale who memorably played the part of Joe McIntyre who died at sea whilst trying to fake his own death so that he could claim on a life insurance policy is returning to Weatherfield but this time working behind the camera as a director. He will make his Corrie directorial debut at the end of this month with his episodes slated to air in July. In doing so, he is following in the footsteps of a number of actors turned Corrie directors including Casualty actress, Amanda Mealing and former Brookside star, Leon Lopez who have both directed episodes on the cobbles in recent times.
