Despite what the reunion movies and NuDallas told us, I choose to believe that Ray and Jenna stayed in Switzerland and remain there to this day, blissfully happy.
Jenna opened a boutique called Jenna’s Swiss Boutique, drawing fashion-conscious shoppers from as far as Austria and Luxembourg. She speaks French and German fluently, sometimes simultaneously, and has many friends at all levels of society.
Ray had a brief flirtation with a return to real estate development, but was so baffled by the metric system that he pulled out of his first project within minutes and has stuck to low-key ranching ever since, with the occasional triumphant tour of the lucrative European Masters Rodeo circuit. Fascinated by Swiss culture, Ray eventually became a world-class yodeler, and while mostly retired from concert performance, still works the occasional birthday or Bar Mitzvah gig for a bit of extra cash.
Charlie kept in touch with American teenage flame Randy and convinced him to move to Europe to join her. They married and live together outside Geneva, where Charlie, fascinated by the search for hitman Andre Schuman when she saw reruns of Season 9 in college, is now Chief Counter-Assassination Officer of INTERPOL, a position she’s somehow been able to juggle with raising their 14 children, each of whom has their own horse named Darius. Randy, ironically, is a high-level international hitman, which leads to wacky, lighthearted hijinks as their personal and professional lives intersect.
Lucas, seizing on his Ewing and Wade genes, rather improbably managed to strike oil on a hike deep in the Alps backcountry. He’s now a mid-level oil baron, and with the blessing of Ray and Jenna was able to reconnect with biological father Bobby, who sits on his board.
Sheriff Fenton Washburn also moved to Switzerland for some reason.
