Miss Phyllis is Miss Ellie's sister. She did not get along with her folks and was sent to live with her grandparents out of town. She came back just before J.R. was born. It was revealed in a later episode he was the product of her affair with Jock. They took him and scared her off to Chicago. She and first husband Nolan relocated to NYC and had children Michael and Mandy. No one knew she was Mandy Winger until she came to town. She and Miss Phyllis did not get along. She and J.R. were embarrassed to think they were cousins, and then Miss Phyllis revealed they were siblings. Mandy left, and the secret was never made public. After being forced to remarry the evil Nolan Darth, her troubles began again. Nolan made a deal with Mac's brother Richard, who blackmailed him to have him made the new chairman, with selling him half of Southfork. Nolan allowed the Ewings to remain, but when he was killed by his secret accomplice Orlando, Richard evicted them to drill on the land. Miss Phyllis seduced him, and they fell in love for real. Richard became ill, and the two married on his death bed. Miss Phyllis got the ranch back. Rebecca is Pamela Rebecca. She married John Ross after he and first wife Tabitha broke up.
