How does the Head of the National Institute for Health Protection who is in charge of Test and Trace not know basic school science? Dido Harding tells MPs : "We've seen the virus mutate, we have seen the new variant emerge which was something none of us were able to predict." Is she shockingly ignorant or a blatant liar?

Not long ago up to 48,000 people exposed to coronavirus may have been unwittingly spreading it around the country when they should have been self-isolating following a computer error involving the her shambolic contact tracing system, a debacle she blamed on an Excel spreadsheet reaching capacity and failing to update. £22 billion and 7,000 highly paid consultants and they don't even know is just a spreadsheet and not a database for storing information.
What are Dido Harding's qualifications for this top job which is crucial for limiting the spread of the Covid virus and preventing thousands of deaths? Does she have experience in public health? No. Is she an eminent epidemiologist? No. Has she worked on any previous test and trace projects? No. Does she even have a background in science? No. Her sole qualification seems to be that she is a friend of David Cameron.
