We had a similar problem occur where I live in Florida. People started talking about finding packages of Café Bustelo coffee on the beach in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach, but the majority of it ended up near Cape Canaveral. For once it wasn't cocaine washing up on shore, though Café Bustelo can give a similar buzz. Like with poor Garfield, the coffee delivery was courtesy of a lost shipping container.

It reminds me of this...apparently years ago, Atari made a game that was impossible to play and made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Copies of the game were buried in the desert and found years later.
