I have psp that came with my HP laptop and I can find how to crop them but there is no place that I can find to resize them...can someone help me with this.

Well, in that case i always used a USB to Mini-USB cable to transfer the pictures to my Laptop, resized them there with MS Paint and then transfered them back to the PSP.

I only have Photoshop and i'm not familiar with PaintShop Pro, but maybe what i found on the net about that issue helps:

I guess it's not Paint shop Pro...sorry I am so computer illiterate.....I just click on a picture on my desktop and it comes up with edit which I can crop but not resize.

Okay, that should be just the normal Windows photo view then, you can't do much with that other than just turn and watch it.
Right-click on that picture on your desktop and chose "Open with..."
Does that lead you to open it with PSP or MS Paint, or what does it offer you?
I opened it with paint and it was just that simple!!!! Thank you so much for your help Matthew...I really appreciate it!
