Click on the link Awards in the top navbar.
Scroll down and you will see a list of awards that are available.
Choose which award you want to recommend.
In the right column, you will see the option to recommend.
Click on recommend and another box will appear.
Fill out the two requirements, user and reason for the award and then hit recommend.
NOTE: You can recommend as many awards as you want, but you can't recommend the same award multiple times for the same member.
