For me it's more of a case of whether they were broadcast as a package over a fixed period of time rather than the length of the production. If Columbo was screened at random times with several months between episodes then they would feel more like individual films but because you could tune in at the same time every week to catch a new episode then I would argue it was broadcast as a series with individual episodes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
