Minder actor Glyn Edwards has died.

The actor who played Dave, the barman at the Winchester Club has passed away at the age of 87.

oh sorry to hear that, I really liked Minder back in the 80s and Dave had the patience of a saint putting up with Arthurs dodgy deals.

He was in several episodes of ITC's Sir Francis Drake. Also used to watch him in Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em (again with Michael Crawford, who had been a regular on Sir Francis Drake), ITC's The Sentimental Agent, a couple of appearances of ITC's The Saint, ITC's The Persuaders! and ITC's The Baron. He had a memorable part in the movie, Smokescreen.
