FINALLY.. SOME INTELLIGENT DISCUSSION... First I am agnostic.. My stance has always been a first amendment.. Most people that go to church are not tea party wackos. Most are working people who pay taxes.. And the church might be the pillar of the community..So paying taxes they should have a say.. You have the atheist perspective. . I get the point of perspective from liberals and conservatives. . it is all about situation and what perspective you have from it.. As for the whole Hillary- Bernie comparison... Let me be clear.. There is NO comparison.. Hillary is definitely a crooked politician.. A known liar that demos convinced themselves was a good candidate. . my problem with Bernie is I thought he was too smart for that... I always make the argument that Bernie endorsing Hillary gave Trump the win.. You do realize many people felt betrayed by him.. You may not have.. But the sentiment is there. You are worried about Trump but he did adopt key tenants and had some common ground with Bernie.. And i thought it would be great if they worked together. I understand it.. Its not like I never thought he could be a jerk.. However he is hellbent on keeping his campaign promises.. And he won my vote over with Social Security. . something Dubya lost me on with his privatization proposal(even though personally and selfishly I could of handled) As far as the ban.. Again it is perspective. .The temporary halt in immigration from those 7 counties was planned , discussed at length and executed well, only 109 people were detained. Those are the facts. .. Contrary to liberal spin...
