For at least two days, I just knew Soap Chat had crashed and we were going to have to start all over again. "Oh please! Please no! I don't want it all gone again!" I literally felt shafted, crushed, like I had lost a close friend that I shared my opinions with. When the site wasn't immediately (to my liking) revived as Soap Chat, I was beginning to worry that our work would be lost in internet land forever.
It all changed when around Tuesday when I got an email from Ome. I was informed that Soap Chat had been retooled as Telly Talk, and that our work was transferred to the new forum. Still a little confused, I browsed on over to Telly Talk to see what it was all about.
I think the "niche" appeal is gone and it's all gearing toward television in general, which is alright, but I liked it being a more "niche" page centered primarily around the soaps.
One thing I do really like is how you can resize the images you paste in the comments. That's really nifty. If you could do it on the older forum, I never knew it.
