Fans remember that Claire and Steve were a couple on Beverly Hills, 90210, but in real life it was Claire's father and Steve's mother played by Christine Belford who were married.

Nicholas Pryor guest starred on the big soaps. On Dallas he was the jury chairman in the trial against Jenna, whom J.R. set up with a prostitute to influence the verdict. On Dynasty and The Colbys he was the doctor who diagnosed Jason with a fatal illness. On Falcon Crest he played Dan Fixx's lawyer Ben Crawley.
