And I won't be surprised if Michael gets written off next season. They have totally and utterly destroyed his character for absolutely no reason all because of a stupid storyline just so Fallon and Liam can become a thing again. In the grand scheme of things Michael isn't really that important to the show long term. Why else would they put him with Kirby? Because they simply have no idea what to do with the character. And now that he's been apprehended by the FBI and possibly going to federal prison, we may never see him again. And that is just as well. This season? This season really is a definition of a hot mess. It had ridiculous subplots that had nothing to do with the main story, horrible characterization, lack of actual story or plot points... I can go on and on. I don't know if Season 3 is going to be any better but at this point I'm not going to bother getting my hopes up. The people behind this story have clearly demonstrated they just don't give a crap. It doesn't matter if you have the hottest couple on social media if the writing is not there to support them or anyone else on the show. That's why the ratings are in the toilet. [QUOTE="RottenSkipper17, post: 165217, member: 1130"] Trust me, Fallon and Culhane are NOT ever getting back together at any rate. Not now, not next year, not ever. It's very clear at this point that the writers and producers see Fallon and Liam as as the ultimate couple of the show and for those of us that either don't like Liam or Falliam, we have no choice but to accept that. And now with Dominique's other kids from her second marriage possibly coming on board, there's even less reason to keep him around on a permanent basis. I liked Liam when he had a mysterious dark edge to him when he was first introduced and then when they transformed him into the predictable, bland good guy, I pretty much lost interest. And now since Fallon and Liam have officially started becoming an item, Liam has turned into a passive, weak, pathetic wimp and all Fallon ever does is order and boss him around and use him for her own selfish, manipulative purposes. It's pretty clear to me that she sees him as nothing more than a tool to be used for her diabolical schemes and she has very little if any respect for him. I've seen the argument so many times that Liam supposedly makes Fallon a better person but I just don't see it. In fact I think they both bring each other down as characters and as a couple. She's not somebody to be admired and idolized. She should be a cautionary tale of what happens when a young woman receives too much money and power too quickly.
