Eddie was somewhat typecast in what they call "character actor" and I just couldn´t believe him as the murderous guy in "Falcon Crest". However, despite initially thinking that Edward overacted, on a second watch I realized that I truly hated him, I mean, his character, since scene 1, so he was acting very convincingly since the beginning. The same thing happened to me with him in "Beauty and the Beast". Sometimes he just looks like the Coyote when plays villains, but I´d be scared if I found someone with his creepy smile in the street.
