But Matt thinks the real twist will be that Budd was meant to be the target after all.“Budd is the key,” he said. “He was very close to being killed on the train. He also met an ex-military contact to buy a Romanian military rifle of the kind Andy used in his assassination attempt.He could also have gone from hero to killer because Julia failed to tell him his children’s school was a terrorism target.Or could Budd be working with the terrorists?
