That made him the perfect enemy for the Ewing family. He would stop at nothing to try to hurt the Ewings, even if he had to hurt his sister in the process.</p><p></p><p>5. Jeremy Wendell - a great but very underutilized character. He was a cold, calculating businessman who was a great adversary for the Ewings and could be very comedic too in his own way. </p><p></p><p>Women</p><p></p><p>1. April Stevens - What a great addition to the cast she was! She had such a great, positive energy and made any scene with her better because of it. She was the only woman ever to be able to be friends with JR, Bobby and Cliff at the same time. Great character development as she goes from a greedy gold digger to a wonderful, kind, sweet lady.</p><p></p><p>2. Pamela Ewing - a great character who was caught in the middle of the Barnes - Ewing feud. She was insecure and flighty, leaving Bobby more than once, but she had a good heart.</p><p></p><p>3. Miss Ellie - the mama of the family who always tried to keep her family together. Not always the nicest lady, but she was basically very good and the rock that held the family together after Jock died.</p><p></p><p>4. Lucy Ewing - started out as a great character who they unfortunately ran out 0f ideas for, but when she was the rebellious wild child in the early days of the show she was a compelling character.</p><p></p><p>5. Jenna Wade - she was Bobby's first love and almost ended up marrying him twice. She was an excellent addition to the show when they cast Priscilla Presley to play her and made her a main character.</p></blockquote><p></p>
