SINKHOLES & STRUCTURAL FAULTS....
1965 - No. 7 collapses due to a faulty beam.
1965 - A sinkhole opens up on Rosamund Street, causing a car carrying HM The Queen to be diverted down Coronation Street.
2005 - Fred Elliott falls down a sinkhole in Audrey's back garden whilst finding a place to put a statue.
2021 - A sinkhole opens up in the Platt's back garden.
2022 - No. 1 is in need of repair when slates come loose on the roof.
