Finished Season 7 and Episode 1 of 8...... Still a quality show. S7 picked up at the end and chugged along... although not showing Miss Ellie's wedding was bizarre. Babs is fired by now, odd that Miss Ellie wasn't even mentioned when Bobby is found on the floor...shot. Season 7 has some great moments. Duffy and his angst about Pam and worries about Jenna are good. Victoria is the same. Both are terrific actors who often elevate the material when it's not always spot-on. My quibbles are with getting rid of the Barnes family so fast. Mark- dead, Afton gone, Katherine - a wacko who leaves..... Katherine should have stayed on and become a corporate shark, screwing with Cliff. Not shooting Bobby, but becoming his antagonist for spurning her. I can't believe Duffy didn't let anyone know sooner before season 8 that he was leaving... I bet he did. Why not leave a crumb of something to use later? A bullet left in his body to cause problems..... does not kill him permanently.... sidelines him for a while. And Goddamn- Morgan Brittany and her luscious green emerald eyes! HD loves her! I want to swim in those beautiful eyes! That lipstick so fiery red makes her a siren of the classic sense... SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL! Too many mock the ladies and their dos, but Victoria and Brittany have the best hair.... stacked on top or cut short.... not like today when it looks like a dirty mop sitting on top of their heads!
