I have been using Chat GPT lately and decided if it was true what I read in another board here. And yes, the AI wrote a premise for a new season of "Dallas". However, they include the TNT characters no matter how I try:

Title: "Dallas: Bloodlines Reborn"
Season 15, Episode 1: "Resurgence"

Synopsis: The iconic Ewing family saga continues with "Dallas: Bloodlines Reborn." This season sees the next generation of Ewings, Barneses, and their rivals as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of wealth, power, and treachery in the Lone Star State.

Episode Description: "Resurgence" opens with the return of Cliff Barnes (Ken Kercheval), who has been in seclusion for years. He resurfaces with a newfound determination to rebuild his family's reputation and fortune, launching a tech startup that threatens Ewing Enterprises' dominance in the oil industry. Meanwhile, the Ewing family faces internal strife as John Ross (Josh Henderson) and Pamela (Julie Gonzalo) are on the brink of divorce due to John Ross's relentless ambition. Christopher (Jesse Metcalfe) and Elena (Jordana Brewster) attempt to mediate, but tensions run high. The battle for control over Southfork and the Ewing legacy continues, with a surprise twist involving a long-lost Ewing heir.

Sue Ellen (Linda Gray) is embroiled in a political scandal, which threatens her career and reputation. In her bid for redemption, she forms an unlikely alliance with a powerful new character, Katherine Wentworth (Morgan Fairchild), a formidable businesswoman with ties to the Ewing family's past. Bobby Ewing (Patrick Duffy) and his wife Ann (Brenda Strong) face personal trials as Ann's secret past is revealed, jeopardizing their marriage and position within the Ewing family. As old rivalries reignite, new alliances form, and shocking secrets emerge, "Dallas: Bloodlines Reborn" promises to deliver the timeless drama, intrigue, and larger-than-life characters that made the original series legendary.

Throughout the season, viewers will be treated to the return of beloved characters, thrilling plot twists, and the relentless battle for control over Southfork and Dallas. Can the Ewings and Barneses coexist in a world where power, wealth, and family legacies are always in flux? This season will take fans on a rollercoaster of emotions and suspense as they revisit the captivating world of "Dallas."

Oh and this is NOT my fanfic! I loved the casting bit with Fairchild playing Wentworth, though the other Morgan will always be irreplaceable! And isn´t it fun that even AI´s think it´s doable to reprise "Dallas" all over again?

This time I wanted to know how "it" would continue the Dream Season but "it" got a bit confused...And yes, here the dream was so long that John Ross and Christopher were already TNT´s actors!

Title: "Dallas: Dreams Reawakened"

Synopsis: "Dallas: Dreams Reawakened" picks up the story after the events of the iconic "Dream Season," with Bobby Ewing's return from the dead revealing that the entire previous season was a dream. In this sequel, the Ewing family faces new challenges and conflicts as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of the Texas oil industry and their tumultuous relationships.

Episode 1: "Reckoning" The season kicks off with the revelation that the "Dream Season" was indeed a dream, causing shockwaves throughout the Ewing family. Bobby (Patrick Duffy) and Pam (Victoria Principal) are happily reunited, but their son Christopher (Jesse Metcalfe) struggles with the revelation. Meanwhile, the rivalry between the older generation, J.R. (Larry Hagman) and Cliff Barnes (Ken Kercheval), takes on new dimensions as they vie for control in the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Episode 2: "Oil and Water" The Ewing family faces a new adversary in the form of a powerful environmental activist, Emma Green (played by a prominent actress). Emma aims to expose the Ewings' exploitation of natural resources and challenges them to adopt sustainable practices, putting pressure on Bobby's vision for the future of Ewing Oil.

Episode 3: "Legacy's Burden" John Ross (Josh Henderson) and Pamela (Julie Gonzalo) grapple with their roles as the next generation of Ewings. They strive to maintain the family's legacy while also modernizing the business and dealing with personal crises, including a hostile takeover attempt by a rival oil company.

Episode 4: "Revenge Resurfaces" Old rivalries resurface as Bobby and J.R. find themselves pitted against a vengeful enemy from the past, Jordan Lee (Don Starr), who is determined to settle old scores with the Ewings. Jordan's reentry into their lives leads to a series of power struggles and personal vendettas.

Episode 5: "Secrets and Seductions" As passion and intrigue ignite in Dallas, long-buried secrets come to light. Love triangles, illicit affairs, and betrayals test the strength of the Ewing family bonds, threatening to unravel their unity and stability.

Episode 6: "The New Dawn" In the season finale, the Ewings must come together to overcome their challenges. A major crisis in the Texas energy sector forces them to set aside their differences and unite to protect their family's legacy and the future of Ewing Oil.

"Dallas: Dreams Reawakened" promises to deliver the classic drama, power struggles, and iconic characters that fans know and love, all set against the backdrop of the evolving Texas oil industry. The sequel explores how the Ewing family grapples with the consequences of the "Dream Season" and how they adapt to a new era of business, politics, and personal relationships in the 21st century.

The "Knots Landing" sequel was just another generic "limited" series with only one thing outstanding:

Episode 1: "Family Ties" The season begins with the return of beloved characters, Gary and Valene Ewing (Ted Shackelford and Joan Van Ark), who have spent years traveling the world and are now back in Knots Landing. They bring with them their adult children, Lucy and Bobby (Charlene Tilton and Patrick Duffy), each with their own secrets and issues, which stir up drama within the neighborhood.

I´m sure their "secrets and issues" would be big and dramatic!!

I´ve also tried for a sequel for "The Colbys" but they just copied and pasted the structure for the "Knots Landing" sequel minus the kids´ part. No allusion to the UFO. It´s titled "Dynastic Reckoning". I´m beginning to think that some people here are employed as minions who type super-fast!

Who shot JR and why:

It was J.R.'s sister-in-law, Kristin Shepard (played by Mary Crosby), who had pulled the trigger. Her motive was a combination of her affair with J.R., her desire to avenge her former lover Bobby Ewing (J.R.'s younger brother), and her frustration with J.R.'s mistreatment of her.

WHO SHOT BOBBY ON DALLAS:

Ultimately, it was revealed that his former wife, Pam Ewing (played by Victoria Principal), had accidentally shot him.

And again:

J.R. had hired a detective to dig up information on Pam's past. The detective uncovered information that led to the revelation that Pam had a niece named Katherine Wentworth (played by Morgan Fairchild), who bore a striking resemblance to her.
Katherine, seeking revenge for perceived wrongs, intended to murder Pam but mistakenly shot Bobby, believing he was her aunt (!!!!!!!!!). This twist created significant tension and drama in the series as the characters dealt with the aftermath of the shooting.

Oh yeah. I´m sure it created significant tension between him and Pam...

Well, I keep challenging the little machine, and asked for a crossover sequel between "Dallas" and "Falcon Crest". Guess what? This is the result:

Title: "Dallas vs. Falcon Crest: Feud Resurrected"

Synopsis: In a thrilling crossover sequel, the iconic worlds of "Dallas" and "Falcon Crest" collide as the Ewings and the Giobertis face off in a high-stakes battle for power, wealth, and family legacy. With the backdrop of the Texas oil industry and the California wine country, old rivalries are reignited, and new alliances are forged in a battle that could reshape both dynasties forever.

Episode 1: "Clash of Titans" The season opens with a major oil deal in Texas, where the Ewings and the Giobertis find themselves in competition, setting the stage for a fierce rivalry. Angela Channing (Jane Wyman) and J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman) lock horns over the deal, sparking a feud that threatens to engulf both families.

Episode 2: "Wine and Oil" J.R.'s son, John Ross Ewing (Josh Henderson), takes an interest in the wine industry, and he travels to Falcon Crest to explore potential business opportunities. His arrival brings him into the (HEAVENLY!) orbit of Chase Gioberti (Robert Foxworth) and Maggie Channing (Susan Sullivan), leading to unexpected partnerships and romantic entanglements.

Episode 3: "Secrets and Scandals" As the power struggle intensifies, long-buried secrets from both families resurface, adding fuel to the fire. Blackmail, betrayals, and hidden agendas push the Giobertis and the Ewings to the brink of all-out war.

Episode 4: "Vines of Deceit" Angela Channing seeks to expand her wine empire into Texas, directly challenging the Ewings' dominance in the oil industry. This move leads to corporate espionage, with both families using every resource at their disposal to gain the upper hand.

Episode 5: "Romance and Rivalry" Love and lust tangle the lives of the younger generation, including Lucy Ewing (Charlene Tilton) and Lance Cumson (Lorenzo Lamas), who find themselves in a forbidden romance that could tear the families apart. Meanwhile, political ambitions and family loyalties are put to the test.

Episode 6: "Dynastic Resolution" As the feud escalates, a catastrophic event forces both families to reevaluate their priorities and question the cost of their relentless pursuit of power. In a gripping season finale, the Giobertis and the Ewings must decide whether to let the feud destroy them or find a way to reconcile and preserve their legacies.

"Dallas vs. Falcon Crest: Feud Resurrected" combines the best elements of both iconic series, offering fans a nostalgic and compelling look at the enduring drama, power struggles, and larger-than-life characters from two of the most beloved shows in television history.

Then, I asked "IT" to "elaborate more". And "IT" did, barely...

Character Dynamics:

  1. Angela Channing (Jane Wyman): As the matriarch of Falcon Crest, Angela is determined to expand her wine empire into Texas, making her a formidable adversary for J.R. Ewing.
  2. J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman): J.R.'s cunning and ruthlessness are in full force as he faces off against Angela. He's equally focused on protecting the Ewing legacy and securing the oil deal.
  3. John Ross Ewing (Josh Henderson): J.R.'s son, John Ross, takes center stage with his entrepreneurial ambitions, sparking a new generation of power struggles and romance.
  4. Chase Gioberti (Robert Foxworth): Chase's strong moral compass puts him at odds with J.R., even as he navigates his family's entry into the Texas oil industry.
  5. Lucy Ewing (Charlene Tilton): Lucy's forbidden romance with Lance Cumson adds drama and tension to the story, further complicating the rivalry between the two families.
  6. Maggie Channing (Susan Sullivan): Maggie's past ties to the Ewings and her involvement with John Ross create a personal and professional conflict that deepens the plot.
Themes:

The sequel explores timeless themes of power, wealth, family, loyalty, and the consequences of relentless ambition. It delves into the complexities of family dynamics, rivalries, and the enduring human desire for control and legacy.

"Dallas vs. Falcon Crest: Feud Resurrected" offers fans an engaging and nostalgic look at the legendary characters and intense drama of two classic TV series, all while exploring how past rivalries and new challenges shape the next generation of the Ewings and Giobertis.

And then, I googled a little, and got into a parallel universe´s internet...
