I'm sorry to hear about the death of David Jacobs. His creations provided much enjoyment, for millions. My condolences to David's family and friends. Eternal rest! Pam is recovering after her heated discussion, with J.R. in the barn. She fell from the hayloft and sadly lost her baby. Naturally Ellie, Jock and Digger were looking forward to their first grandchild. Bobby is watching on as Jock takes a seat beside Pam who is in bed, (a scene from the mini-series; DVD-1, 1978): "Little lady us Ewings are not an easy family to get on with, as you found out. We've had our own way for so long that maybe it stood in the way of us being just people. I know you have no reason to really care but I want to keep my family together."
