While Dynasty had some questionable choices, they actually took risks with casting which seemed to pay off more often than not. Of course, this has lead to us often berating them for wasting so many of these side characters because they had more life than the show was willing to give them. So what's better? Casting bland like the Lorimar soaps for side characters or casting bold like Dynasty?</blockquote>
