Hi everyone inspired by my post in another thread I was just wondering how many of us Dallas fans are from the LGBTQ+ community as I happen to be a gay male myself.

Most of the "political gays" don't seem to be having all that much sex. They route their energies into something else.

DALLAS has been called "a soap for dudes." But when you write-off an entire year as a dream, you've now dropped that soap.

So God knows what that means.

I´d ask the same question of the OP when everybody takes off the Halloween nicknames...Now we´re all in the spooky closet, so to say. Regarding HER...

I was inspired by your post and came out today because of it. I revealed to a close friend that I have to tell him something important. It took all my self-confidence and strength to finally admit that I'm a Dallas fan. He accepted it with a nod and told me that his mother liked it also. But to my friend Dallas looked too vintage when he tried to watch it on a rerun in the 90s ("the only hot girl was a blonde midget but she talked too much"). I consoled him and was forgiving: we can't be all Dallas fans. As a kid or teen he loved The A-Team and The Fall Guy which tells you he isn't gay either.

No, I’m not but if I pretend to be for the sake of the thread do I win a prize?
Well if you come round to my house I'll give you a big surprise! How's that! :)
In this case I'm also straight and need some help to discover the other side.

I'm straight, but I've been mistaken for being gay for stereotypical reasons such as not being a sports fan and liking prime time soaps.

I even had a friend tell me that his other friends didn't like hanging out with me because they thought I was gay. Years later, he came out of the closet.

We both had a laugh over that one!
