I made my own Dallas intro.

[Julia's Gun]

That would have made for a strange episode having Steve Forrest, Jim Davis and Howard Keel all appearing together. Miss Ellie would have been very confused.

Or been too busy pining for Gary.

This is great! One random question to you, are you the guy who made alternate openings for each of the 14 seasons on youtube back in the day? i remember that i liked those, but can't find them any more!

That was me, but that channel has since been lost.

I'd love your input. I'm mixing Dallas and Falcon Crest for a new project and since that is not in alphabetical order I’m unsure how to order them for maximum impact. Any suggestions for a compelling sequence, especially with a standout ‘and/as’ at the end?”

The 12 included are:
Barbara Bel Geddes, Jim Davis, Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray, Larry Hagman, Susan Howard, Steve Kanaly, Howard Keel, Ken Kercheval, Priscilla Presley, Victoria Principal, Charlene Tilton.

Giving it some thought I think it would go well with
Starring
LARRY HAGMAN
PATRICK DUFFY
VICTORIA PRINCIPAL
LINDA GRAY
KEN KERCHEVAL
CHARLENE TILTON
STEVE KANALY
SUSAN HOWARD
HOWARD KEEL
PRISCILLA PRESLEY
JIM DAVIS
as
Jock Ewing
and
BARBARA BEL GEDDES
as
Miss Ellie.

Here you have the finished result.

Great, now you could add all the characters from the previous Dallas video, without the difficulty of the triple sequences.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’m keeping this one as-is for now—maybe for a future version I’ll explore that idea.

Incredible work! Very creative. The Falcon Crest theme works better with Dallas than I would have thought.

Thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I guess it works because both intros build with that same dramatic swell and share a similar pacing.
