I fully agree. I think Pam was a self-centered hypocrite and user. Jenna would have been far more agreeable with Bobby and the other Ewings. She would not have interfered. Didn't Lucy once tell Pam that she was a Ewing already by using other people? (ie dumped Ray for Bobby) She overly interfered with the Battle for Ewing Oil. She could certainly express objections, but the answer is not to prod on Miss Ellie in a court battle that was unwinnable, that would besmirch the name of Bobby's Father, leave Bobby and go abroad, meeting up with another man no less (JR was right - 'Holding hands in the South of France.), blame Bobby for Rebecca's fate when Bobby had nothing to do with it .Actually, Cliff was the one who was more blameworthy, because of his 'endless losing battle with the Ewings' as Katherine said (Katherine should have been in charge of her father's company, not share it with Cliff and Pam) She had no problem staying with Bobby and being a Ewing when Cliff was victimized (Pre season 5). Granted Digger was a drunk, but imagine his feelings when his daughter becomes a Ewing Family Loyalty much? Lectures Bobby about dating Jenna AFTER she divorced Bobby and dated Mark. Didn't Pam offer to Buy Cliff's 10%? Then in effect, Bobby would have control., not co-control of Ewing Oil That would have been a disaster of in-family fighting. Then in true form, Pam leaves her family because she is impaired (VANITY) As JR once said, Pam had a knack of generating unearned income, and never generated an entrepreneurial revenue on...anything. There's more but... for another Day
