Congratulations to Man City and especially to Phil Foden who was probably there best player this year in a team packed with world class players. Manchester City still face 115 charges relating to breaches of Financial Fair Play dating from 2009 to 2018 and have used every legal trick in the book to slow down the investigation. Had the FA done to them what they did to Everton and Nottingham Forest this season, Arsenal would have won the Premier League so this is much a win for the Man City lawyers as it is for their players.</blockquote>
