In fact Joan's Alexis mostly played it straight, even when she was dressed up like a Christmas tree and bewigged to the heavens. I think when these shows set out to be camp then they become a total mess. Like when Raquel Welch came on CPW and nobody cared because she was sauntering about trying to be Joan Collins but just couldn't touch her. They have to play it straight and believe in it to sell the ludicrousness of it all. Otherwise it's just clowns in a circus.</blockquote>
