I feel @Ked would like. Anika did just not push Rhonda down the stairs, thus making her miscarry, she and Rhonda also got into a big catfight where poor Rhonda got thrown over a balcony. And died. Rhonda's husband did not take it well and started hallucinating her. So what better revenge than make Anika hallucinate Rhonda after two seasons in the making?
