If someone’s mom is dying why would you write her off with the option to recast? Wouldn’t it make more sense to give her time off until she’s ready to return? Or perhaps Nicollette asked to be released from her contract due to lack of story? There’s no telling, but the official response doesn’t add up.</blockquote>
