I don't know if this is in the proper forum, so please move to the proper one if applicable, but this is something I'd like to know... Who is/are your favorite studio person/people/PBP announcers/color people on a sports show, or who is one/are some you remember? One I grew up around is Jim Nantz, who was the studio man on college football on CBS for four seasons from 1985 through 1988. For Jim's first season only, Pat Haden was with him in the studio, then Jim became solo for the 1986 season, before having Ara Parseghian with him in the 1987 season (not on all broadcasts) and apparently all of 1988. He left this to become a PBP on college football starting in 1989, and from thenceforth, did a good many other things for CBS (college hoops, golf, the NFL), and now in 2017 is the lead PBP on CBS' NFL coverage (Tony Romo being his color man). This is Jim Nantz from 1986 on college football.
