Symbolism in season 11

Im re-watching season 11 and noticed a clever moment of symbolism that I never registered before. Its when Clayton is having a crisis about what to do with his life. He is standing near the stairs, overhearing Miss Ellies meeting with her womens group. Behind him on the side we clearly se the old man- painting that once replaced Jocks portrait; ie the painting that represents Claytons status and importance. Now it has been moved to a random place out in the hallway. Nicely done
