The Fate of Frankie?

Was it ever stated in Dynasty after The Colby's finished it's second series what had happened to Frankie in the season cliff hanger?

And if so in which season? Thanks everybody.

Nobody knows. From a narrative point of view it would certainly make more sense to keep her alive, although I do quite like to think she's dead too.

Alexis' comment suggests that Jason & Frankie is an ongoing situation

unless Frankie died and Jason decided to live the rest of his life as a widower (or whatever you should call it in this particular situation).

And of course Joan never watched The Colbys (and if she did she would never admit it, which is understandable from her point of view) so maybe she has no idea what she's talking about. It's possible that Sable misinterprets Alexis' misinterpretation!

I'd like to think Frankie survived. I thought Jeff might've mentioned her fate after all she was his Mother & both him & Fallon returned to Dynasty after The Colby's ended.

Lovely to see the late Michael Nader as Dex in this clip. He was a great actor, very sadly missed.

Good point, although soaps aren't always very logical and the omission of certain information usually only indicates that it's not relevant at that particular point in the story.
They could retroactively kill off Frankie at any given time in future Dynasty (i.e. season 10 or 11) if they'd think that would make for interesting plotting. And who knows, if Stephanie Beacham had become the main star in season 10....
