Nelle claimed she inherited them, while the probate court was deciding whether they were in trust for that charity Oscar wanted set up (sending kids to climb mountains in Africa or something). I believe Nelle gave Valentin her proxy as if she owned them, but if the court says she has no ownership then Val no longer has the majority of voting shares and a new vote has to be called. Of course, even if she emerges victorious, it might be short-lived victory--if Nelle DIES then Oscar's shares go to...Wiley, who is in Michael's custody.</p></blockquote><p></p>
