In a recent interview Jeff Kober said orginal plan was to kill off Cyrus after a few months, but then they decided to keep him as long as Jeff Kober wants to stay - at least it's what he says... To me it feels like it was planned that Cyrus and Martin are Laura's half-brothers, but Genie Francis' Corona hiatus was too long, so they had to keep him. I like both being Laura's brothers, but I think once Cyrus is gone (which will happen sooner or later), Martin will vanish into off-screen more and more. I like Laura & Martin together, but it's not that catchy half-sibling (but now step sibling) chemistry Alexis and Valentin have.</p></blockquote><p></p>
