Sue Ellen, once she's back in good graces with JR, then turning on those who took risks to help her when she was down. And then going to them for help once again following yet another split with JR. After the Season 8 (DVD blahblahblah) Oil Baron's Ball, and Bobby confronts JR in the living room about his announcing his engagement to Jenna during the festivities, and Sue Ellen chimes in with her two cents --- that's the moment any reasonable person dives over the coffee table with a butcher knife at the bitch. That's when Sue Ellen dies.
