You know, that just happened to me yesterday, and it's so inconvenient. But today was something else, I watched THE BOUNTY starring Anthony Hopkins and Mel Gibson. This was my first film of the famous historical event therefore I have no idea how it compares to the older versions. I really loved it and maybe I'm going to watch more seafaring dramas. The ambient score by Vangelis is absolutely stunning, and possibly the most appropriate score he's ever done. Hopkins plays it intense and Gibson looks criminally handsome. Despite the fitness frenzy of the 1980s, the gorgeous men on screen didn't have to look like they were pumping iron 24/7. Besides, a perfect six-pack would have looked ridiculous in this period drama.
