The series ended for me as well with Pam's exit. The structure changed significantly afterwards and besides that after 9 years the story was told. I was sitting once through the last 4 seasons in a 90s rerun. I was hoping for things to improve till the end, it didn't. I won't rewatch it ever again. I own the DVDs till Pam's crash. I hardly watch the 1st year and the two years prior Pam's crash. If I do a rewatch it's mostly a storyline (eg. Jock's death) which drags me back into it. It's the best TV in my opinion, unrivaled to this day. I watched TNT Dallas once, enjoyed season 1+2 , became ambivalent during season 3 and was ready to let go. I won't rewatch it either. I don't get it though when somebody is claiming that the memory of Dallas has been tarnished by TNT Dallas or the last seasons of Lorimar Dallas. I try to watch only the things I like. I can't think of a series/franchise which ended on top. (I don't like Godfather 3 but that doesn't tarnish the first two either.) Maybe I'm not loyal enough, but today I hardly watch a series till its bitter end.
