This link has the following news back in February https://www.warnerbros.com/news/press-releases/celebrating-warner-bros-centennial-in-2023 "Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release a series of celebratory film and TV bundles on digital, Blu-ray and DVD, including... complete TV series collections available for the first time, and “Best of” TV compilations from the most beloved WBTV franchises." The studio has released a five-minute "sizzle reel" tribute to their 100 years of storytelling on screen and it features footage from many of their classic movies and a few television shows but mainly "Friends", "E.R.", Arrowverse, Linda Carter "Wonder Woman". It doesn’t mention Dallas specifically but since the HD master has been done it would be strange not to do a Blu-ray boxset. We’ve also since had complete DVD boxsets for shows which only got either manufactured on demand DVDs before (Growing Pains, Night Court…) or shows which didn’t even have releases before (Mayberry RFD) which bodes well for Knots Landing.
