Awful if she was shamed for not wearing black. Let her were what she wants, not everyone has to support the campaign of wearing black and that doesn't mean she doesn't support the general objectives of the other women are trying to achieve.

And half of them will be wearing dresses and jewels worth more than most will earn in 10 years.

Funny how a group of people claiming to be campaigning to end the bullying of women....were gearing up almost simultaneously to bully this woman. I'm guessing someone pointed out the irony and they backed off.

I can see what she was trying to do, fair play to her. She should be allowed to wear what she wants and not be objectified. Whereas I stand by what the women are doing (as I have said a small group of us in Northern Ireland have also suffered) but I do wonder how many of them that wore black have actually been victims, or are just jumping on the bandwagon.
