I don't know about him, but both mother and daughter waited until after Jobs died to write tell-all memoirs about their respective relationships with him.

True, which is why I put the title as a question. But refusing taking on paternity and giving her nothing but being absent is downright cruel. It's his CHILD, not an annoying ex or nosey aunt. All children should be treated equally, and in this case, it's clear that Jobs didn't care enough to even pay good enough child support. It takes 2 to make a child. Half responsibility was his, including raising the kid. At least he could have made sure she was well taken care of. Lord knows he had the money for it.

We don't really need his daughter to tell us this. Just from watching some documentaries about Apple and 80s tech boom made it clear he was quite vile. Took other people's ideas and would put everyone under the bus to get what he wants. Scary.....

Bad enough. But being heartless to your own child is even worse than being heartless in business.

I feel good now about not having any darn Apple products. Not that I think bosses of other companies are all sweet and innocent, but at least I'm not supporting Jobs' leftovers.
