Being S2E15 the LAST episode with Nicolette Sheridan's Alexis... is the arrival of RealAdam the reason she leaves Atlanta? Because her con op with FakeAdam aka Hank Sullivan it's finally revealed and Blake "exiles" her once and for all from the manse and his family... Maybe when she returns (season 3 or season 2 finale?) Alexis returns, not only with a new face... but a new and very rich husband (Ben Carrington? Jeff Colby?). I've been thinking, what if... it's Jeff Colby? and Adam kills him with a poisonous paint or something more sophistocated???

Well that is a relief. I thought it was a bad idea to recast, though to be fair the only thing I ever saw that indicated a plan to recast was a remark NS made in her departure announcement where she asked viewers to 'support her replacement'. Maybe she thought at that time that they were going to replace her, only to discover later on that they were willing to write Alexis out long enough for NS to take care of her mother, then write her back in when she is ready. Having her character float in and out of the others' lives is perfectly in character, so it's a logical solution.

After watching that interview I suddenly felt the urge to watch NuDynasty. It's not like we have plenty of tv shows starring ex-Knotsies to choose from.
I'll just turn down the volume when that horrible Fallon shows up, adjust the screen to black when Kirby shows up and save the make coffee/drink coffee moments for Michael and NuCristal II.
It should be doable.

Not to be a party pooper, but I've learned not to get my hopes up with this show after one good episode. Adam seems like a promising troublemaker, but then so did Alexis and Kirby to begin with, and look what's become of them. It wouldn't surprise me if next week is all about Adam and Kirby going shopping, or rollerblading, or some other silliness.

My hope is the police will begin to suspect Alexis which will cause her to leave Atlanta for Europe. Cristal will have a "my God, what have we done!" moment (which I think the character really needs, I understand her being shaken by the loss of Mark and her unborn child but I don't want her to become cold and heartless). Eventually the police will discover that it was the Flores family who killed Mark. Sometime in the future we will catch up with Alexis in an episode filmed on location in Portofino.

Good for Nicolette for seeing through their attempts to get her to bitch/gossip about her former co-stars. I choked back when she spoke of being with her mom during this part of her journey.

A traditional 13, please. It fully fills up 3 months of weekly viewing. Whereas 22 episodes fill up 5 months of weekly viewing. My OCD can't handle these occasional 12 or 20 episode orders some shows get.

Having dreamed of going there all my life because of Dynasty, I was quite disappointed when I finally did visit. It's a tiny town nestled in a bay. Then again, my visiting in the middle of the winter when most businesses are closed for the season and there are no hot shirtless Italians walking around didn't help.

Of course. But it's still much smaller than I expected. If they wanted a Mediterranean / Adriatic location to film at, they'd be wiser to choose Portoroz in Slovenia. It's might be cheaper to film at and it's 10 times bigger and more exciting.
