Found it!

1381 Moraga Drive in Los Angeles was the filming location for "Bachelor Party". The design of the doors and the placement of the windows matches the interiors so either "Bachelor Party" and "Dallas" filmed inside the actual house or the set designer bothered to make certain the sets matched the exterior (which isn't very common).

I don't know the location of this house but I assume it's in Los Angeles. "Bachelor Party" didn't do any filming in Dallas.

Rebecca (and Pam) would die again if she saw what these sweet little girls were doing in her house... (if I remember well, Rebecca was never shown inside the house, only by the pool, but Pam was after she moved in).

In addition to the living room, the entry and dining room are the same in "Dallas" and "Bachelor Party".

Great pic above. Yeah, looks like you're right. Interesting that there's a hill there, obviously not the Dallas house.

When Rebecca moved to Dallas in season 6 she purchased this stone Georgian Revival house with a portico and cupola reminiscent of George Washington's Mount Vernon.

It was located at 4930 Park Lane in Dallas.

This photo was taken shortly before the house was demolished. Note that the balustrade above the portico had been replaced at some point.
I found a few interior pics taken shortly before demolition, I don't believe any interiors were filmed there.

Yeah...as I remember about the footage used as Rebecca's house, the original was for sale, with an estimated $15mil rehab cost. Thinking more about it since my early post, since it's in venerable Old Preston Hollow, I would assume the purchaser preferred to establish his/her own presence and personal residence. At the financial level, I would assume it wasn't a financial decision to rebuild vs rehab; the purchaser at that level wouldn't even consider rehabbing someone else's home. It's a beautiful property, and even more lovely house.

Talked about JR's old/new Mercedes earlier in the thread. Here we are in dvd S6 Ep23 HELL HATH NO FURY. 4min in JR is leaving SF in the old car. For years this carelessness has always just astounded me. It's just another case of employees not paying attention to what he/she is getting paid to do...going through the motions of work like a robot and not giving a damn. Just astounding...

I think you're right! The driver has the same shirt too.

Was watching the scene were Swellen drives up to HHarwood's home to find JR in bed with her. I was thinking it was the old Mercedes. But the door handles (not included...didn't come out enough in the screen shot) and hubcaps make it look like the newer car.

Found it....Holly Harwood's home. Was looking around the area where Rebecca's house and the SF interiors were shot. It's 5819 Deloache, Dallas. For years was wondering where it was.

Here's the shot from above.

Here's an overhead. The two windows over the front entrance match up, as well as the headers over the two side windows. You can even see one of the portals over the left window. The brick in the driveway matches up along with the center fountain. Zooming in on google gives more info. Note the pool and the pond, noted when JR went to tell her to sell a division to Petro State, s6e 10 or 11.

I had a hard time finding this one for whatever reason. While researching, I found an article written by someone that was a friend with someone that lived in the home at the time of filming! I emailed the author to see if more information could be found, and the next thing I knew I received an email from the person that lived in the home on Deloache! He was very helpful in confirming the location.

This scene was shot in Clover Park at 2600 Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica, CA. I couldn’t get pictures that line up perfectly, but here are a couple of comparisons.

That's a great find! And it's made more difficult by the common design of the office building. Amazing...

Been poking around Canterbury in Culver City. No luck. This and Swellen's townhouse are toughies.

dvd s7e13. Peter puts a note on Swellen's car to meet at a cafe. It's at the corner of Venice Blvd and Cardiff Ave in Culver City, CA. Approximate address is 9603 Venice Blvd, Casa Oaxaca. Not real clever here, based it on google search on Balian (2nd tv show pic below). They show a Cardiff street sign as Swellen pulls in. I couldn't read it, but it matches the fuzzy flow of the word Cardiff. First thought was Campbell, but no, it's Cardiff. And it's just around the corner from the studio.

Current pics. The building under the billboard to the left matches up, most notably by the side windows and center roofline sloping center toward the street.


Swellen pulled her car into the first spot this side of the white fence under the Casa Oaxaca sign.

Look at The Village Corners East and The Village Corners in Dallas. They are located next to each other and both use this picture in their related images when you look at their information in Google Maps. I think it is a match to Jenna’s staircase, although I have not specifically located it on Google Maps.



She Ellen’s townhouse is still a mystery!
