:rlol: The Republican Party does have one and his name is Trump. He's the one who has "moved" the Republicans from their comfort zone and they don't know what's happening. They just know he put something in the Kool Aide and life is keeping them on the "move". I'm not convinced at all that the Republicans get it though.
Are you saying that 45% (Trump primary voters) of Republicans screwed over the other 55%? Or the 45% didn't know what they were getting themselves into (losing their ass in the general election)? Or both? :confuse:

No, I'm not saying that. I'm only saying that Trump has exposed the Republican Party for not doing the job they have been elected to do for years. They remain in their comfort zone to keep their seats when re-election is near, get re-elected and then do nothing. Is there any wonder why they are known as the "do nothing Congress". I'm for term limits and Trump is the "enema" that has got them stirred up. :p It seems the seats up or re-election this time is in real trouble.

Donald Trump rejects polls as inaccurate: ‘All the fair polls have us winning’
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who once boasted about his robust poll numbers, has turned to criticizing them as ineffective and “rigged” now that most show his rival, Democrat Hillary Clinton, with a commanding lead.
  • On Monday, the real estate tycoon turned politician accused the Democratic Party of creating fake polls to undermine his bid for the White House but said that he’ll win regardless.
  • Trump made the dubious claim in a morning tweet –– the latest example of his pattern of messages of mistrust and skepticism aimed at all things that portray his campaign efforts in a negative light.
"Major story that the Dems are making up phony polls in order to suppress the the Trump . We are going to WIN!"
  • He also tweeted, “Media in the tank for Clinton but Trump will win!” and “We are winning and the press is refusing to report it.”
  • Though his pathway to victory appears to have greatly narrowed, Trump has continued to cherry-pick advantageous polls and promote their results on social media. Two recent national polls — from Investor’s Business Daily and Rasmussen — give Trump a slight lead on Clinton.
  • A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows Clinton leading Trump by 12 percentage points (50 to 38 percent). To date, that’s her highest support and his lowest in that specific poll. Her lead is even stronger among women, where she is ahead by 20 percentage points (55-35 percent).
  • His support among both men and women dropped off after the leaked hot-mic conversation, in which he bragged about groping women, led to at least a dozen women accusing him of sexual misconduct. In the ABC/Post poll, 71 percent of women and 67 percent of men disapprove of how he handled questions about his past behavior with women.
  • According to Real Clear Politics, which aggregates various polls, the Republican stronghold of Texas is now a tossup, meaning it could go either way. Trump is only leading Clinton 43.6 percent to 38.8 percent in Texas. A Clinton victory there would mark the first time a Democrat clinched the Lone Star State since 1976 when Jimmy Carter nearly swept the South (losing only Virginia and Oklahoma to incumbent Gerald Ford).

Yes he changed it for the better regardless.. I want him to win.. But I am glad they will go back to the drawing board..

Hillary is the status quo failure.. But Hollywood and the media selected her..

However, some may not have been the robots I originally thought..

Everyone is Hitler but the folks driwning hostages in cages, stoning women to death and electricuting babies..

They are not Hitler, and should be welcomed into our country with our arms unfurled..

Which is what exactly?

They remain in their comfort zone to keep their seats when re-election is near, get re-elected and then do nothing. Is there any wonder why they are known as the "do nothing Congress".
That I agree with. Although, I would argue that their primary objective is to thwart anything Obama wants to do.

I'm for term limits and Trump is the "enema" that has got them stirred up. :p It seems the seats up or re-election this time is in real trouble.
The "throw the bums out" mentality seems to be what got the Republican Party to where they are today: on the cusp of losing the presidential election and possibly control of the Senate. From my point of view, the real problem is the Republicans want everything their way, period. There's no room for compromise at all. So they elect politicians they expect to stringently follow a "my way or the highway" agenda and if they don't, they want to toss them out on their ear. And then they wonder why nothing gets done in Congress. In the case of Trump, I suppose they thought they'd finally found someone who would do things their way, which is probably a crock in all probability. And then there's the added problem that he's unelectable, which I don't understand why people couldn't see that from a mile away.
