I´ve only watched 6 of these shows, but I disagree with most choices.
If Matthew Morrison was supposedly annoying in "Glee", then what about 25 more characters around him that were a lot more annoying than him (besides, he was so kind to be only recurring in the 2 last seasons!)? As eg the characters played by Jane Lynch, the Down Syndrom girl, Neil Patrick Harris, or the whole bunch of newbies from the last season? Morrison was the only actor who played his character straight, and this contrast made the series much more clever than it could´ve really been (though I still think of it a satirical soap).
Kate was not more annoying than any other of the "Losties": all of them lacked a proper character development and all the shocks, flashbacks and twists didn´t help either. It was all about the mystery, that´s all. And I don´t mean it in a bad way, but that´s how I interpreted the series at the time: if you liked its formula and cast, it was mostly great. If you didn´t, then you just couldn´t watch it following the usual criteria for TV narrative, because the show wrecked as the plane itself (I did enjoy the series, but I still must have a decent re-watch).
Piper on OITNB: Well, it all started with her. I don´t think she is the best character but do believe that Taylor Schilling improves what is written and is an amazing actress. But...she is surrounded by a group of characters created to be "larger than life" within the prison´s background. It´s impossible not to like Kate Mulgrew´s Red, or Laverne Cox´s Sophia, or Samira Wiley´s Poussey...but you know? They are wonderfully written AND performed. I just hate the guts of Jason Biggs...no saving grace here.
The Trouble with Wesley: Hey I also disliked little Wes when I first watched him on TNG. But he´s Beverly Crush´s son and his presence almost always implied more of Crush too, so I learnt to love him.
And last (but not least disliked): This story about "annoying characters" was made to give the vague memory of Bauer´s seed from Demon more of a sense to exist. Here both actress and character are a space waste. You just need to watch the seasons without her...
Just my 6 cents...
