I'll explain the irony at the end of this voting round.
Ok, so we can rule out @Willie Oleson everyone. Hear that? No more votes for Willie. And no votes for me either, please.
I'll explain the irony at the end of this voting round.
The way I do it to go though all the songs usually 2 sets of nominees (i.e. 40 songs) per day and give every song a score out of 10 (to one decimal place). I then take the top 10 scores and play about 30 seconds of each of those songs to refresh my memory and reorder my final top 10 if necessary. When I go through the nominations, I pick out anywhere between 3 and 5 songs from each member. Then I select the 10 I like best. This time, I will let you in on a secret... The 5 songs I chose from each member are in this post. First my top 10 list, then the songs that made the cut but not the top 10 list.
11 points above the #2, that's an impressive victory.Only You [Live for Burberry] - Alison Moyet = 30
And who is the third winner? Which clever forum member outfoxed the fox?
it was me!
1. @Angela Channing = 12
Thank you both. I have to enjoy these rare moments of success before going on to the next round when normal service will be resumed and nobody picks my songs.I love strings, so it's been a treat to have the whole of July dedicated to them!!
Congrats on your dazzling dozen, @Angela Channing.
Thanks for your congratulations which I return to you for suggesting a different type of theme and a very interesting one too. Well done @Willie Oleson for you super sleuthing skills.it was me!
