adding pictures?

Could anyone please tell me how I can add pictures from sharing sites like photobucket to my postings? It doen´t work for me...

Photobucket has changed their policy and they no longer allow its members to post images on other sites unless they pay for the service and I believe they are asking for $399 a year to do this.


You can upload images straight from your computer via the 'upload a file' next to the 'post reply' box.

do you know other sharing sites? it´s nicer to bed the pictures in the posting... i have so many press articles about KL, Dallas, etc. and I´d like to share them...

I use IMGUR which has been a great alternative to Photobucket.

No error-- the picture is simply not showing up below the message field where I can click to include it into the message.

Does a box appear when you hit 'Upload a File' ?

Are you able to choose a file from your computer?

Is the file 'jpg' or 'png' or 'gif' ?

Once you have chosen your file do you see a small picture under the reply box where there are two options 'Thumbnail' or 'Full Image' ?

I think you've hit on it-- that's what I'm not seeing.

Save these two images to your computer and then see if you can upload them to this thread.

Have you tried to upload a photo through the 'more options' button in the other forums? Also as a test, in the other forum you were trying to post, can you see if you're able to upload the image you uploaded to this thread
