Well, since certain posters have asserted that I'm Victoria's uncle, let's discuss the unpleasant topic of Aging.
How are you doing it?
I (since you've asked) aged quite gracefully, if I may be so immodest, but you age well until you don't. Right?
I've got almost no grey hair (I get grey threads around my temples, and have since 30, but that's usually covered over by my dark wings, as I usually wear my hair longish -- plus, that grey seems to .... disappear ... for a while, before coming back!)
But everybody has a year where they know they've slipped from "young" to ... ummmm ... not so young, at least in terms of how you feel. For me, that's been this past year. I've not only had sciatica (which makes you feel disabled until it completely clears up) but I've picked up on some immunity issues. And, worse, I think I've developed Old Guy Butt --- only I can't see it, so I can't be certain. It just feels different.
I've got to cut out the sugar.
I recommend NMN-laced foods, like broccoli, mushrooms, guacamole, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, and cucumbers (pickles).
